Our executive spend time on patrol

The Group Executive Committee spent time with our brilliant patrols across the country. This follows days at our contact centres and call listening to get closer to our customers and colleagues to help understand what's working well, and how we can continue to improve and support our front-line colleagues. They also experienced our latest tech and equipment and how it’s used to support drivers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. A great day was had by all, hearing first-hand about life on the road and talking to our Members about their experiences with us.

The Next Chapter Live: An experience for all colleagues

We brought together 1,000 colleagues in person and many more virtually for the ‘The Next Chapter Live’. For the first time in decades we brought together colleagues from across the business in an interactive Expo style event, showcasing the breadth of services for UK drivers and celebrating the progress made on our transformation journey over the past three years. Pride in the past and optimism in the future were infectious at this very special day for The AA.

Our PRIDE Employee Network Group is a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community and allies to come together in solidarity, and to further improve how we do things around here.  The Group also support events like Northern PRIDE, and catch up regularly to talk about what’s important to them.
